हो नक्कीच डाउनलोड करून App वरून Booking करतील कारण त्यांना Waiting लागत नाही. → शिवाय त्यांना Regular Offers आणि Discounts मिळतात, त्यामुळे तुम्ही समजावल्यावर ते आनंदाने App वापरतील.
Napito Transparent Pricing ठेवतो आणि Vendor चं शोषण करणं आमच्या तत्वात नाही. आम्हाला दीर्घकालीन नातं टिकवायचं आहे. आणि हो, मार्केटमध्ये Competitor येतील याची पूर्ण जाणीव Napito ला आहे – म्हणूनच आम्ही दर्जा, Support आणि Innovation यावर टिकतो, ना की फक्त किंमतीवर.
WhatsApp, Call, Google Meet आणि Email वर सपोर्ट दिला जातो. → Setup आणि Training दरम्यान Google Meet मार्गदर्शन मिळतं. → रोजच्या अडचणींसाठी WhatsApp/Call, आणि documents साठी Email वापरता येतो.
App Napito च्या नावाने असतो, पण प्रत्येक Client ला फक्त तुमचं सलूनचं नाव, Logo, Offers, Contact Number, Social Media – सगळं तुमचंच दिसतं. → त्यामुळे तुमचं Branding ठळक होतं आणि इतर सलून त्यांना दिसत
➡️ जर पुढे एखादा Stylist फ्री असेल, तर त्याच्याकडून तिसरी सर्व्हिस देता येते. ➡️ आणि सर्व stylist व्यस्त असतील, तर पुढच्या Client ला विनंती करून त्यांची Appointment थोडी Reschedule करता येते.
Walk-in क्लायंटला तुम्ही असं सांगू शकता – "सर, पुढे 3 वाजता एक अपॉइंटमेंट आहे. तोपर्यंत मी तुमची एक सर्व्हिस करून देऊ शकतो. जर पुढचा क्लायंट वेळेवर आला नाही, तर मी दुसरी सर्व्हिसही करून देईन.
System मध्ये तुम्ही "Short Break" घेऊ शकता – एका Click वर.
त्या अपॉइंटमेंट्स इतर stylist कडे Shift करता येतात – एका Click वर.
Leave टाकताना System तुम्हाला सांगतो की तुमच्याकडे Ex. 6 अपॉइंटमेंट्स आहेत. → त्या दुसऱ्या Stylist कडे Shift करण्यासाठी तुम्ही Available stylist निवडू शकता – एका Click मध्ये.
दोन Appointment मधील Default grace period हा सलूननुसार 5 किंवा 10 मिनिटांचा असतो. → त्यामुळे पुढील Client ला लेट होत नाही.
नाही. तो Slot instantly पुन्हा App वर Available होतो.
तुम्ही Salon Panel वरून manually Appointment add करू शकता.
Napito मध्ये पुढील गोष्टी पूर्णपणे AI-पॉवर्ड Automation ने चालतात – → Booking, Billing, Follow-up, Marketing → तुम्हाला manually काहीच करावं लागत नाही.
हो, तुम्ही हे पूर्णपणे Control करू शकता. → Stylist चा निवड ऑप्शन App मध्ये Enable किंवा Disable करता येतो.
